Terms of Service — Cutisense

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Cutisense mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cutisense is a personalised skincare companion that uses AI analysis to provide skincare recommendations based on information you self-declare, including your age, skin type, concerns, goals, environmental conditions, and product usage.

Cutisense does not capture facial photographs or conduct biometric analysis. All recommendations are generated from data you voluntarily provide.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT

Cutisense is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

The skincare recommendations, product suggestions, and information provided by the App are for general informational and personal care purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have a skin condition, allergy, dermatological concern, or any medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist before making changes to your skincare routine. Cutisense assumes no liability for adverse reactions, skin irritation, or any other outcome resulting from acting on the App's recommendations.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Cutisense. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when setting up your skin profile
Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the App
Not misuse the App in any way that could harm other users or our systems

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Cutisense offers optional premium features via a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and purchased via Apple App Store In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing
Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings
We do not store your payment card details — all payment data is handled entirely by Apple or Google

Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google respectively.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology within the App are owned by or licensed to Cutisense. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will produce specific results for your skin.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cutisense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to skin reactions, data loss, or loss of profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete My Account within the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
